摘　　要：Fuzzy concepts abound in humanities and social science. This thesis puts forward a method which describes fuzzy quantity with fuzzy order pair. In this thesis quantification rules for humanities and social science concepts are also discussed ,and the humanities concept democracy is quantified as an illustration. By quantification ,propositions of humanities and social science can be expressed with mathematical language and eventually make it possible to process these propositions with a computer.Fuzzy concepts abound in humanities and social science.
