摘 要:目的探索听觉传导通路中听神经和下丘的单位放电记录并对其反应特性进行观察。方法选择健康成年猫,采用声刺激和耳蜗内电极电刺激,利用单管玻璃微电极技术在猫的听神经和下丘进行单位放电记录。结果(1)确定了听神经初级神经纤维的自发放电。(2)听神经自发放电的波形特点为正相波宽0.5ms的双相电位。(3)听神经的自发放电率从几个PPSpulsepersecond到100PPS。(4)下丘对高频纯音刺激的反应缺乏相位锁定。(5)低频电刺激耳蜗下丘的反应表现为相位锁定。结论成功地记录到听神经的自发放电和声刺激诱发放电以及下丘对纯音刺激的反应和电刺激耳蜗下丘的单位放电。但是在记录电刺激耳蜗听神经反应方面以及单位放电稳定性控制方面仍有待于进一步探索。Objective To explore a proper recording of the unit discharge in auditory ne rve and inferior colliculus for the observation of characteristics of response p otential.Methods Single unit discharge in aud itory nerve and inferior collicu lus of healthy adult cat to acoustic stimulation and intracochlear electrical st imulation were recorded.With glass microelectrode.Results(1)the spontaneous discharge in auditory nerve primary fibers were identified.(2)The waveform of the spontaneous discharge in aud itory nerve primary fibers was biphasic pote ntial with positive pulse width0.5ms.(3)The disc harg e rate of auditory nerve ranged from several PPS to100PPS.(4)The response in inferior collic ulus to high frequency pure tone stimulation lacked phase locking.(5)The res ponse in inferior colliculus to low frequency electrical stimulation in cochlea showed phase locking.Conclusions It was successful to record the spontaneous discharges and auditory evoked responses inauditory nerve as well as the pure to ne evoked response and electrically evoked response in inferior colliculus.Howe ver,the existing technical problem in recording the electrically evoked respons e in auditory nerve was to keep the res-ponse potential stable.
