摘  要:目的 :探讨诊断超声对胎鼠内耳细胞是否构成刺激。方法 :对受孕 14 d的大鼠随机分为 4组 :对照组、辐照 10 min组、 2 0 min组、 3 0 min组。用诊断超声辐照孕鼠腹部子宫体表投影区 ,辐照后 4小时取材。用免疫组化方法检测上述各组胎鼠内耳区细胞内 FOS蛋白的表达情况。结果 :超声辐照 2 0 min组和 3 0 min组的胎鼠内耳区内呈着色深浓的 FOS蛋白强标记阳性细胞 ;10 min组和对照组的内耳区均未观察到 FOS蛋白标记的阳性细胞。结论 :诊断超声持续辐照孕鼠腹部子宫体表投影区达一定的时间 ,可导致胎鼠内耳区细胞中 FOS蛋白表达明显增加 ,表明对胎鼠内耳区细胞有刺激作用。Objective:To evaluate whether diagnostic ultrasound should stimulate inner ear of fetal rats.Methods:The diagnostic ultrasound(5 0 MHz)was used to irradiate pregnant Wistar rats,which were divided into 30 min,20 min,10 min and control groups.The fetal inner ear tissues were collected.The Fos postive was observed by using immunohistochemistry in the inner ear and analysis of variance was used to compare divergence between groups.Results:There were a crowd of Fos postive cells in the fetal inner ear in the 20min and 30min groups,and no Fos postive cell was observed in the control group and 10 min group.Conclusions:When pregnant rats were irradiated above 20 min,the expression of Fos protein and c fos gene substance expreessing in fetal inner ear was increased indicating that the fetal rats inner ear cells might be stimulated.
