二尖瓣彩色M型图像计算机自动处理系统测定二尖瓣血流推进速度的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨彩色 M型图像计算机自动处理系统用于估测左室舒张功能的可行性。方法 :2 5个儿童患者的二尖瓣彩色 M型血流图被传输至计算机。利用自行开发的软件 ,分辨出初次色彩混叠的波阵面 ,将该波阵面的点回归成直线 ,此直线的斜率代表二尖瓣血流推进速度 ( Vp)。所得结果与心导管数据 - dp/ dtmax及舒缓时间常数τ相比较。结果 :心尖四腔位与两腔位所得 Vp分别为 ( 5 6.2 5± 11.5 0 ) cm/ s与 ( 5 7.5 9± 10 .4 8) cm / s,二者之间无显著差异。二者与心导管测定τ值显著相关 ( P<0 .0 1) ;而与 - dp/ dtmax不相关 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :二尖瓣彩色 M型图像自动分析系统可用来客观、准确的评价左室舒张功能。Objective:This study sought to determine the feasibility of the auto estimated propagation velocity of mitral flow for evaluating the left ventricular relaxation.Methods:Color M mode Doppler imaging of mitral flow was obtained in 25 children and then transferred to computer The flow wave front of the first aliasing velocity was identified with the computer assisted measurement system(CAMS),then regressed to a straight line The slope representing velocity of mitral flow propagation(Vp) will be automatically obtained The Vp was compared with-dp/dtmax and isovolumetric time constant(τ) obtained by catheterization Results:There was no significant difference between Vp obtained from apical four chamber veiw (56 25±11 50cm/s) and apical two chamber view(57 59±10 48cm/s) Vp obtained by CAMS signifcantly correlated to τ( P <0 001) but not to -dp/dtmax( P >0 05)Conclusions: Vp could be correctly obtained by CAMS,which will be a feasible method for evaluating the left ventricular relaxation
