中药人工周期治疗稀发月经和继发性闭经80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察用中药做人工周期治疗稀发月经和继发性闭经的效果。方法 :依月经周期中的不同分期 ,序贯用药 ,周而复始进行治疗。结果 :80例患者中治愈 32例 ,好转 4 0例 ,无效 8例 ,总有效率 90 %。结论 :中药人工周期对月经障碍的治疗不是起替代作用而是起调节作用。临床观察表明其具有良好的远期疗效。Objective: To observe curative effect of treating oligohypomenorrhea and secondary amenorrhea with Chinese herbal medicine. Method: Utilizing medical herbs one by one and periodically treat the disease according to the different periods of menstrual cycle. Result: Among 80 cases, cured, 32; improved, 40; no cured, 8. The total effective rate is go percent. Conclusion: The periodical treatment of menoxenia with Chinese herbs is just to make an adjustment not a replacement. The clinical observation has showns a good and long-term effect.
