开搏通治疗先心病充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察开搏通对先心病充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 :96例坚持药物治疗的先心病充血性心力衰竭患儿据年龄、先心病类型、心功能分级及是否合并肺动脉高压分为常规组和开搏通组 ,常规组中用常规抗心衰治疗 (洋地黄、利尿剂及血管扩张剂 ) ,开搏通组在常规治疗基础上加用开搏通 ,疗程 2～ 4周 ,观察两组疗效。结果 :常规治疗组总有效率为 76 .19% ,开搏通组总有效率为 94 .4 4 % ,两组数字经统计学处理X2 =6 .72 ,P <0 .0 1,有显著性差异。结论 :开搏通组疗效明显优于常规组。objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of captopril on congestive heart failure by congestive heart diseases. Methods: 96 case of congestive heart failure by congenital heart diseases were divided into two groups, that consider age、sorts of congenital heart diseases、cardiac function and pulmonary hypertension. Treatment of the control group consist of digitalis derivatives、diuretic drug et. Captopril group were treated with captopril besides control group's the courses of treatment was two weeks-four weeks therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. Results: The total effectualness remedy of control group is 76.19%, the captopril group is 94.44%. Which had significant difference than those of control (P<0.01). Conclusions: The therapeutic effects of captopril group is superior to control group.
