冬虫夏草制剂对原发性肾病综合征复发的影响及其作用机制的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察冬虫夏草制剂对原发性肾病综合征 (PNS)复发的作用。方法 :对PNS患者 142例随机分两组 ,一组为对照组 ,另一组为治疗组。治疗组除加用冬虫夏草制剂外 ,两组其他治疗措施完全相同。对所有患者在治疗前 ,缓解期进行 2 4h尿蛋白 ,BUN、Scr及血清免疫球蛋白测定 ,并观察患者复发情况。用 χ2 或 μ进行检验。 结果 :治疗组缓解率高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,血清IgG升高高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,复发率低于对照组 (P <0 0 1、P <0 0 1)。结论 :冬虫夏草制剂可提高PNS的缓解率 。Objective:To study the effect of cordyceps on primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Methods:142 cases with PNS were divided into two groups randomly. Group A (73 cases) was treated with cordyceps and group B (69 cases) was treated without cordyceps. Other drugs given to two groups were similar.Results:The responsive rate of Group A was higher than that in Group B(P<0.01). The recurrent rate of Group A was lower that in Group B(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cordyceps can increase the response rate and reduce recurrent rate of PNS.
