炎康颗粒剂抗呼吸道病毒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究炎康颗粒对呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)及副流感病毒 (PIV)的体外抑制作用。方法 :①选用鸡胚法考察炎康颗粒剂对PIV的抑制作用 ;②微量细胞病变抑制法计算各药物的半数有效量 (IC5 0 )及治疗指数 (TI)。结果 :①血凝滴度实验表明 ,在对PIV的直接作用 ,治疗作用和预防作用三方面炎康颗粒剂有效 ;②炎康颗粒剂抗RSV的IC5 0为 (3 1± 7.0 7)mg/L ,TI值为 2 8.88± 4.0 5 ,双黄连胶囊和病毒唑的IC5 0和TI值分别为 (3 6± 5 .6 6 )mg/L ;(1 8± 2 .87)mg/L和 (2 3 .43± 5 .0 9)mg/L ,(93± 1 0 .7)mg/L。结论 :炎康颗粒剂对PIVRRSV具有抑制作用 ,炎康颗粒剂的抗RSV效果略好于双黄连胶囊和病毒唑。objective:Study on the inhibitory effects of yankang grannle to RSV and PIV in v itro.Method:1.Observe the inhibitory effect of PIV with chicken embryo technique ;2.Through the restraint method of trace ceel lesion to calulate the IC50 and TI of the drog.Result:1.The blood coagulation experiment shewed that yankang grann ule had effective in directive role,preuention role and treatment role.2.The IC5 0 of yankang grannule to RSV was (31±7.07)mg/L TI was 28.88± 4.05.Shuong Huang L ian and Bing Du Zuo was (36±5.66)mg/L, (18±2.8)mg/L and (23.43±5.09)mg/L ,(93 ±10.7)mg/L.Conclusion:Yang-Kang Granule showed the inhibitory effect to PIV an d RSV.The effect to RSV was slightly better than that to Shuang Huang Lian and B ing Du Zuo.
