摘  要:目的 了解甲状腺功能变化对心肌细胞凋亡的影响 ,探讨甲状腺功能异常影响心肌细胞凋亡的机制 .方法 建立实验性甲亢与甲减大鼠模型 (n =2 4) ,检测血清T3 ,T4及促甲状腺激素 (TSH) ,利用末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法 (TUNEL)检测心肌细胞凋亡 .结果 正常大鼠及甲亢大鼠未出现心肌细胞凋亡 .甲减大鼠均出现心肌细胞凋亡 ,凋亡程度左心室 >右心室 ,并与血清T3 ,T4 呈负相关 (r =- 0 .834 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,与TSH呈正相关 (r =0 .941,P <0 .0 0 1) .结论 心肌细胞凋亡与甲状腺功能状态密切相关 。AIM To observe the relationship between the change of thyroid function and cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Further more, to study the mechanism of cardiomyocyte apoptosis when thyroid function is abnormal. METHODS The models of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism were made in rats. The concentrations of serum T 3, T 4 and TSH were detected. The presence of cardiomyocyte apoptosis was demon strated by the method of terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dTUP nick end labeling (TUNEL). RESULTS The presence of cardiomyocyte apoptosis wasn’t demonstrated in control group and the hyperthyroidism group. The cardiomyocyte apoptosis was demonstrated in the group of hypothyroidism. The degree of left ventricle’s apoptosis is higher than the degree of right ventricle’s apoptosis. Between the degree of cardiomyocyte apoptosis and the concentrations of serum T 3, T 4 there was a negative correlation ( r =-0.834, P <0.001). But between the degree of cardiomyocyte apoptosis and the concentration of serum TSH there was a positive correlation ( r =0.941, P <0.001). CONCLUSION Myocardial apoptosis is closely related with thyroid function, and plasma thyroid hormones play an important role in adjusting and controlling myocardial apoptosis .
