摘 要:本文对13种含磺酸基的有机络合剂在铬的火焰原子吸收光谱分析中的作用进行了实验。发现含磺酸基的有机络合剂普遍能提高铬(Ⅲ)的吸光度。初步探讨了磺酸基的增感、消除干扰作用,选择了含磺酸基的有机络合剂存在时酸度、浓度、干扰离子量和线性范围等条件,并用茜素红、铬天青S直接测定水系沉积物中的微量铬,结果令人满意。The enhancement effect of 13 sulfonic containing complexes on the determination of chromium(Ⅲ) by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) was studied in this paper.It was found that all complexes used can remarkably improve the sensitivity in the assay of chromium(Ⅲ) by FAAS and eliminate the interference from the common cations such as Fe(Ⅲ),Al(Ⅲ),Ca(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),K(Ⅰ) and Na(Ⅰ).The mechanism of the enhancement effect was preliminarily discussed.The optimal conditions in the presence of one of the complexes for the determination of chromium by FAAS were established,respectively.The content of chromium in geological samples was directly determined with the use of alizarin red or chrome azurol S as an enhancing agent.The results obtained were satisfactory.
