微波消解ICP-AES法测定人参中常量及微量元素

摘　　要：本文研究了采用微波消解的方法消解人参样品，采用美国利曼公司生产的ＰＳ－Ｉ型中阶梯光栅光谱仪测定人参中常量及微量元素，相对标准偏差为０．７８％—９．９５％，回收率为９１．０％—１０５％，结果令人满意。This paper reports the method of digestion the ginseng by microwave sample preperation system and determination concentration of major and trace elements by using ICP/Echelle spectrometer (American Leeman Labs).The relative standard deviation in measurement are 0.78%—9.95%.The rate of recovery of samples standard addition is showed 91.0%—105%,the result is quite satisfied.
