摘  要:在实验条件下 ,将大弹涂鱼暴露于 0 ,0 .0 5 ,0 .2和 0 .5 mg/ L等不同浓度的 Ba P7d,分析了大弹涂鱼肝脏中 GSH含量变化的时间 -效应和剂量 -效应特征 .结果显示 :对照组在一周时间内 GSH含量显著降低 ,表明一些非污染因素 ,如水体、密度、营养、光照等环境因子都有可能对 GSH含量产生影响 ;0 .5 mg/ L的 Ba P胁迫下 ,随曝污时间的延长 ,大弹涂鱼肝脏 GSH含量的诱导快速而稳定(1d被显著诱导并持续至 7d) ;不同曝污时间 (3d和 7d) GSH含量与 Ba P浓度的剂量 -效应关系均表现为正相关 ,这可能表明在本实验设定的时间及浓度范围下 ,大弹涂鱼肝脏对 Ba P暴露总体上表现为适应性反应 ;污染解除后 (暴露于 0 .5 mg/ L Ba P3d,再转入清洁海水中 4 d) ,其肝脏 GSH含量并不会很快降低 ,这可能与细胞内 GSH含量的复杂调节机制有关 .以上研究结果表明 ,肝脏 GSH含量有可能作为具氧化 -还原循环活性的污染物暴露的一种敏感的生物标记 ,但应充分考虑到各种可能的影响因素 ,设置和选择合适的对照组 。The time dependent and dose related relationships of reduced glutathione(GSH) contents in the liver of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris are analyzed in experiment condition after fishes are exposed to Benzo(a)pyrene(BaP) at conc entration of 0, 0.05, 0.2 and 0.5 mg/L respectively for up to a week. The result s show that GSH contents in control group decrease significantly in a week, which indicates that factors such as living space, density, nutrition and light other than contaminant might have effects on GSH contents in the liver. GSH content in the liver increases rapidly and maintains with the prolonged time after being expo sed to 0.5 mg/L BaP. The dose effect relationship between GSH contents and BaP concentrations in different exposure time (3 d and 7 d) is positive relevance, w hich might ind icate an adaptive response to BaP exposure in the time and dose range of BaP exp osure in the experiment. After the BaP exposure is removed (3 exposure in 0.5 mg /L BaP and 4 BaP free), GSH contents in the liver would not decrease rapid ly, which might relate to the complex modulatory mechanism of GSH level in cell. All the results turn out that GSH level in the liver might be a sensitive bioma rker of redox active compounds exposure provided factors other than contaminant which might have effect on GSH level were considered.
