摘　　要：经济全球化作为人类社会生产力和人类社会历史发展到一定阶段的必然产物 ,其本质属性决定了它在为发展中国家提供加快经济发展、增强国际竞争力的历史性机遇的同时 ,也为其带来一些深刻的负面影响。面对经济全球化大潮 ,发展中国家的明智策略是既要把握好这一难得的历史性机遇 ,又要结合发展中国家的实际 ,扬长避短 ,加强相互间的团结与合作 ,以积极的态度应对经济全球化带来的各种挑战。The globalization of econnomy is the inevitable result of the development of social productive forces and social history. Its basic characters play important parts in the process of developing country's economic development and promotion of international competition power. At the same time, they also bring some negative effects. Facing the trend of globalization of economy, the wise strategy of developing country is to grasp the valuable historic chance. Furthermore, they should make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages according to their reality, strengthen their mutual unity and cooperation, meet the challenges of globalization of economy with the active attitude.
