摘　　要：目前及今后一段时期 ,技术贸易将成为国际贸易的一大内容 ,为迎接加入世界贸易组织的挑战 ,我国必须实现与 WTO协议的一致。陈述了提出知识产权保护的背景 ,分析了 TRPs之前和之后各保护知识产权的公约及对知识产权的保护情况 ,提出了中国当前的知识产权保护有关法律存在的与Technology trade is becoming an improtant part in international trade now and in future.In order to become a part of WTO,we must amend our relative law according to WTO protocal.In this article,the author first accounts the background of putting forward the protection of intellectual property rights,then analysces the present situations of the protection.In the end,put forward the differences between our present intellectual property protection law and TRIPs.
