摘　　要：研究了还原性漂剂甲脒亚磺酸 (FAS)漂白中的几个过程参数 (时间、温度、浓度、漂剂用量及 Na OH用量 )对漂白化学热磨机械浆 (CTMP)漂白效果的影响 ,找出了较佳的漂白工艺。研究结果表明 ,纸浆白度随 FAS用量、漂白温度和时间的增加而提高 ,FAS与 Na OH的比值在 2∶ 1左右 。Research about effect of several parameters on formamidinesulphinic acid(FAS),a reductive bleaching agent,bleaching of CTMP has been done.The process varies investigated includes reaction time,reaction temperature,pulp consistency,FAS and sodium hydroxide dosages and so on in order to confirm the best reaction condition.It is find out that the bleached pulp brightness is increased with the FAS dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time to certain extent.The best ratio between FAS and sodium hydroxide dosage is about 2∶1.
