摘　　要：盐业虽然是专营行业 ,但在市场经济大环境下一样要面向市场、面对竞争 。Salt industry is an exclusive industry,but it also has to face the market and competition under market economy circumstance.From the significance of salt exclusive work and the strategy of meeting market economy,four aspects of problems were discussed.
