摘  要:以雄不育系甘蓝型油菜Ad2为母本,诸葛菜、湖北诸葛菜和铺散诸葛菜为父本,进行属间杂交结果表明,不同生态型诸葛菜与母本的亲和性基本一致。湖北诸葛菜与甘蓝型油菜杂交可能存在受精前障碍,铺散诸葛菜与甘蓝型油菜有较弱的亲和性,杂交种与其亲本与甘蓝型油菜的亲和性略有差别。父本的基因型对远缘杂交花粉萌发和花粉管的生长有一定影响。远缘杂交中可能存在受精延迟现象。蕾期授粉是克服属间杂交不亲和性的有效方法。Pollen grain germination and pollen tube growth were investigated in intergeneric crosses between Brassica napus (Ad 2) and Orychophragmus species, including new Orychophragmus species. Male sterile line of rapeseed Ad 2 was acted as the maternal plant. The male plants were O. violaceus (containing different ecotypes), O. hupehensis and O. diffusus (including its hybrid of the different cell types). In crosses, pollen grains of O. violaceus of different ecotypes were compatible to the stigmas of the pistils of B. napus, though O. violaceus from different places had different morphas. The compatibility between B. napus and O. hupehensis or O. diffusus was weaker than that between B. napus and O. violaceus. There was a little difference of the compatibility between B. napus and the hyrids, comparable with the compatibility between its parents and B. napus. It was found that the genotype of male plants could affect the distant hybridization. The phenomenon of laggard fertilization may occur in distant crosses. Bud pollination was regarded as one of the effective method to overcome the intergeneric cross incompatibility in this paper.
