摘　　要：软 X射线显微成像是同步辐射最主要的应用之一 .本文简明介绍软 X射线显微成像的衬度机制、光源。Soft X ray microimaging is one of the most important applications of synchrotron radiation. In this paper the contrast, light source, imaging methods of soft X ray imaging are introduced, and some results of applications are given.
