摘　　要：房地产业是当前我国国民经济发展最有活力的组成部分之一 ,也是对城乡面貌和百姓生活影响最大的一个行业 ,而中等城市的房地产开发建设又是整个房地产业的中坚。本文通过对镇江市这个东南沿海地区经济较发达城市房地产开发建设的剖析 。Real estate industry is the most active component in the development of our national economy and it exerts a great influence on our urban and rural appearance as well as public living conditions. As we all know, the estate development in medium sized cities is the kernel of the whole industry. This article gives an analysis to the real estate development in Zhenjiang, a South east, developed city. It is hoped that it is of some help in the attempt to find a way to solve the common or similar problems about real estate development faced by other medium sized cities.
