摘  要:对墨西哥半野生棉转育后代中的显性无短绒具长绒和隐性核不育光A材料进行遗传鉴定表明,光A不育性受msc1基因控制。控制光籽特性基因与显性光籽N1为非等位基因。光A光籽纯合态为低衣分,杂合态为高衣分。在遗传背景相同下,光籽组合产量优于毛籽组合。但因光A纯合态的低衣分,其亲本繁殖和杂交制种时皮棉产量降低,故光A不育系在杂种优势中的利用有优势又有劣势。Guang A, a recessive genetic male sterile line with dominant fuzzless-ness selected from transferred progenies of Gossypium hirsutum var. mexicanum, was used for genetic identification. Its sterility was found to be controlled by msc 1 and the gene responsible for its naked-seeded-ness appeared to be non-allelic to N 1. Guang A had high lint percentage when it was homozygous for naked-seededness and low lint percentage when it was heterozygous for naked-seededness. With similar genetic background, lint yield in combinations of the naked-seeded genotype was higher than that in combinations with the hairy-seeded genotype. However, Guang A has disadvantages as well as advantages in the utilization of heterosis because of its low lint percentage in parent propagation and hybrid seed production.
