摘　　要：人权不仅是当今国际社会热点问题之一 ,而且是一个存在着重大分歧和冲突的问题。邓小平批驳了西方一些国家“人权至上”等荒谬论调 ,阐明了我国在人权问题上的主张 ,提出了系统的人权思想 ,阐述了社会主义人权和资本主义人权的根本区别以及国权重于人权等一系列基本观点。Human right is not only one of the popular topics in the contemporary international society, but also an issue of difference and conflict. Deng Xiao-ping rebutted the absurd opinions of 'the supreme human rights' in some western countries. He also clarified the assertion of human right in our country, and he produced systematic thought about human rights. He expounded the essential difference between socialist human rights and capitalist human right and the basic view of national sovereignty is superior to individual rights. Deng's thought of human rights has an important and directive function on the development of human rights cause in our country,
