摘　　要：论述云南某底层空旷的两层砖混建筑抗震加固并改造增建两层的结构设计和施工经验 ,对类似建筑的加固改造工程设计、施工有很好的参考价值。This paper introduces some structural design and construction experiences of aseismatic strengthening and enlarging two storeies on a two storeies brick masonry structure with a large space at first storey. The contents include the feasibility of the project, concept design of structure, application of root pile, construction of shear wall and column, which will be referred to similar project.
