摘 要:研究了压铸态及挤压态 2 0 % (体积分数 )SiCw/ 60 61Al复合材料中晶须取向及其拉伸力学性能。结果表明 ,压铸态复合材料中晶须取向趋于混乱分布状态 ,因而其力学性能具有较高的各向均匀性。复合材料经过挤压变形后晶须呈定向排列 ,沿挤压方向的各项力学性能均有所提高 。The whisker orientation and tensile properties of the 20% (volume fraction) as cast and extruded SiCw/6061Al composites were investigated. The results showed that the whisker orientation of the as cast composite was nearly in the random state, so there was a good homogeneity of mechanical properties in various directions for this material. Because the whiskers of the composite were aligned directionally after extrusion, all of the material properties in the extrusion direction were increased, especially the elongation rate.
