摘　　要：通过对汽车钢板弹簧的理化检验及其使用情况的对比跟踪 ,确定了影响汽车钢板弹簧使用寿命的几个主要因素 ,即材料的选择、原材料缺陷、热处理缺陷、使用水平。Through physical testing, chemical analysis and by comparison of service life of leaf spring, the main factors influencing the service life of automobile leaf spring were determined. They were materials choice, material defect, heat treatment defect, operation condition and shot peening quality.
