摘　　要：通过对载波技术研究 ,提出载波相移云纹干涉法 .采用该方法可以实现云纹干涉条纹信息的自动识别 .给出了灵敏度和载波频率的定量关系式 ;同时 。The carrier phase shifting moiré interferometry method is firstly proposed and developed using carrier phase shifting technique and image processing technique.Automatic analysis of one fringe pattern is realized by using novel carrier phase shifting.The relationship of carrier frequency,sensitivity and image magnifying coefficient has been formulated.The precision of carrier phase shifting moiré interferometry method is analyzed in detail and some methods to improve precision are proposed.
