SrTiO_3基中高压电容器瓷料的合成条件研究

摘　　要：在文献 [6]的基础上 ,进行了详细的合成条件研究 ,结果表明 ,2B4 -2 0 0 0组SrTiO3 基中高压电容器瓷料可采用工艺流程较短 ,能耗较低的一次预烧合成工艺制备。其主要性能指标达到 :ε(2 0℃ ) ≥2 0 0 0　　　tgδ 4 0× 1 0 -4 　　　ρv≥1 0 12 Ω·cmΔε/ε2 0°c<± 1 0 %　　　Eb>In this paper the synthesized processing conditions on SrTiO\-3 systems mid-high voltage capacitor ceramics are investigated.The results showed that the 2B4-2000 ceramic materials is synthesized via a'one calcining process'in order to obtain excellent dielectric properties,whose main specifications are as following:\;ε 20℃ ≥2000 tgδ40×10\+\{-4\} ρv≥10\+\{12\}Ω·cm\ Δε/ε 20℃ <±10%\ E\-b>9kv/mm
