摘 要:采用共沉淀法 ,制得不同配比的 Cu/ Cr催化剂 ;考察了 O2 / CH3OH比对甲醇部分氧化制氢 (CH3OH+1/ 2 O2 → 2 H2 +CO2 )反应活性的影响 ;利用 TPR、XRD、BET、N2 O测定 Cu表面积等手段对 Cu/ Cr催化剂进行了表征 .活性评价结果表明 ,在低的 O2 / CH3OH比时 ,Cu6 0 Cr40催化剂的活性较差 ,但 O2 / CH3OH比接近 0 .5时 ,活性较好 ,且氢的选择性也较高 .结合表征结果推测 ,催化剂中的 Cu+ / Cu0Hydrogen production by partial oxidation of methanol (CH\-3OH+1/2 O\-2→2 H\-2+CO\-2) was studied over a series of Cu/Cr catalysts prepared by a coprecipitation method. Catalyst performances have been investigated under various O\-2/CH\-3OH ratios at 473 K. Experimental results show that Cu60Cr40 exhibits a high CH\-3OH conversion and a high H\-2 selectivity under the feed ratio O\-2/CH\-3OH (molar) of 0.5 as compared with the other catalysts. This catalyst is superior to the conventional Cu/Zn catalysts. However, this catalyst exhibits low activity for partial oxidation of methanol, when O\-2/CH\-3OH ratio is lower than \{0.3\}. Cu/Cr catalysts were characterized by XRD, H\-2\|TPR, BET method and determination of the copper surface area by N\-2O decomposition. Results of characterization revealed that catalyst performance for methanol conversion is dependent on the Cu\++/Cu\+0 ratio in the catalyst.
