摘 要:研制了一套 0 .0 2m2 内冷式薄膜蒸馏小试装置。通过十二醇、十六醇的小试试验 ,考察了装置的工艺性能 ,并根据对试验结果的分析 ,考察了影响蒸馏过程的因素。分析表明最佳操作条件的选取应综合考虑操作温度、残气压力对蒸馏速率及分离因数的影响。针对本装置 ,提高蒸馏效果的关键在于增大冷凝面积 。A set of laboratory equipment of thin-film, interior-condenser distill ation still with evaporating area of 0.02 m 2 was developed. The distilling pro cess behaviors of the testing equipment were verified by the experiment for separati o n of dodecanol and hexadecanol. Based on analysis of experimental results the ef fecting factors of distilling process were discussed. The analyses proved that t he influence of operating temperature and inert gas pressure on both the rate of d istillation and the coefficient of separation should be considered comprehensive ly when selecting the optimum operating conditions. The key to improve distillin g effect lies in increasing the cooling area, decreasing inert gas pressure and installing the effective vapour-liquid separator.
