肺原性心脏病与气虚血淤的关系

摘　　要：本文通过中医理论及实验研究浅述了肺、心的生理病理,认为肺—气—血(心)三者关系密切;气虚血淤是肺心痛的主要病理基础;提出了益气活血法是治疗肺心病的重要法则。The auther,expounded the physiology and pathologyof the lung and the heart from the angles of both the TCM thoery andexperimental study,advanced that there is a close relation between thelung(Qi)and the heart(blood)the major pathological basis of cor pul-monale is Qi deficiency with blood stasis,and the method of replenishingQi and promoting blood flow is an important priciple to treat cor pul-monale.
