摘　　要：介绍了项目评估的定量分析方法 ,包括静态分析法和动态分析法 ,着重介绍了当前国际上最为流行的内部收益率法的修正办法 ,比较了内部收益率 IRR和修正内部收益率 MIRR的异同 ,突出了 MIRR的优点 ,另外还解析了项目类型对于项目评估方法的影响 。This paper introduces the quantitative analysis approaches used in project evaluation,including both static and dynamic analysis approaches with an emphasis on the most popular approach-modfied internal rate of return.The paper highlights the merits of MIRR approach by making a comparison between IRR and MIRR.The paper also probes into the influences of project type on evaluation approaches,thus providing enterprises of all kinds with guidance,for their reference in evaluating their projects.
