摘　　要：甜菜碱、蛋氨酸、胆碱在动物体内蛋白质、氨基酸、脂类和核酸的代谢过程中有着非常重要的作用 ,且甜菜碱对蛋氨酸、胆碱有一定的节省作用 ,但是 ,甜菜碱在体内的含量极微 ,须额外添加。甜菜碱作为一种新型的饲料添加剂 ,它与蛋氨酸。Betaine,methionine and choline play important roles in supersession of protein,amino acid,lipid and nugleotide.And betaine can save certain amount of the other two effectively.So it is necessary to add some betaine for it is negligible in body.Then the study is focused on the ratio among these three additives in future.
