摘  要:本文采用悬臂梁弯曲试验、TRC试验、插销试验探讨了9%Ni钢焊接熔合区氢致裂纹敏感性。试验表明,采用Cr17Ni13Mn8W3奥氏体钢焊条焊接9%Ni钢焊接熔合区存在氢致裂纹倾向。造成这种裂纹的内在因素是该区形成对氢致裂纹敏感的马氏体带。The susceptibility of the weld bond of 9% Ni steel weldment to hyd(?)ogen-induced cracking was studied by using cantilever beam bending test, TRC test and Implant test. It was found that in the weld bond of 9% Ni steel w(?)lded with Crl7Nil3Mn8W3 austenitic electrodes there was such a tendency to crack. The cause of this kind of cracking is the formation of martensite layer which is susceptible to hydrogeninduced cracking.
