山东省县级卫生防疫站10年建设情况分析

摘　　要：文章对山东省县级卫生防疫站近 10年的卫生人力、房屋、设备等卫生资源的建设与发展情况做了调查与分析。经过 10年的建设 ,全省县级卫生防疫站在房屋、设备、人力、效益等方面均有较大发展。但资金投入方向不尽合理 ,大部分都用于房屋建设 ,投入于设备尤其卫生人力建设方面的资金较少。建议今后应注意增加对人力等软件的投入 ,切实加强农村预防保健工作。The article analyzed the construction circumstances of sanitation resource such as manpower, buildings and facilities etc. of in Shandong Province. Through construction in 10 years, counties' stations have made great progress in many aspects such as manpower, buildings and facilities etc. But the aspects of investment were not very rational. Much was used for township hospitals' buildings. Little was used for equipment and personnel. It is suggested that more funds should be devoted in manpower and other software in future. Prevention and health protection need to be reinforced.
