山东省乡镇卫生院卫生资源状况分析

摘　　要：文章通过对山东省乡镇卫生院卫生人力、房屋、设备等卫生资源的调查分析 ,发现乡镇卫生院房屋建设情况较好 ,房屋面积达到《乡镇卫生院建设标准》要求 ,并高于全国平均水平 ,床位设置质量不能满足农村居民需求 ,卫生人力不足 ,尤其防保人员较少 ,设备仍需进一步配置和更新。Through the diagnoses of sanitation resource such as manpower, buildings and facilities etc of township hospitals in Shandong Province, we found that the construction of buildings was good. The area was up to scratch and higher then the average level of whole county's. The number of sickbeds was lack and the manpower was shortage, especially personnel of prevention and health protection were less. Still facilities need to be collocated and renovated.
