摘　　要：目的　观察EGb对MPP+诱导的PC12细胞凋亡的影响。　方法　MPP+诱导PC12细胞凋亡 ,AO/EB染色 ,荧光显微镜下观察凋亡细胞。结果　EGb5 0、10 0 μg/ml在 6h、12h、2 4h可抑制细胞凋亡 ,而EGb2 5 μg/ml则无效。结论　EGb在 6h、12h、2 4h时呈剂量依赖性降低细胞凋亡率 。Objective To observe the effects of EGb on the apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by MPP +. Methods To induce the apoptos is of PC12 cells with the MPP + and observe the apoptotic cells under a fluoro scope. Results At the time of 6h?12h and 24h, EGb(50?100 μg/ml) may inhibit the apoptotic cells. Conclusions EGb may r educe the apoptotic rate of PC12 on dose dependence at the time of 6h?12h and 24h, and it points out EGb may relatively enhance the concentration of DA by in hibiting the apoptosis of dopaminergic neurons.
