妊娠晚期及产后早期促红细胞生长素水平的观察分析

摘　　要：目的　检测妊娠晚期及产后早期 (产后 7d内 )促红细胞生成素 (EPO)浓度变化 ,探讨EPO与血细胞比容 (Hct)之间的相关性。方法　用放射免疫测定法测定健康非妊娠妇女 15例 ,正常妊娠晚孕服妇 2 7例、妊娠合并贫血孕妇 3 2例及产后早期合并贫血产妇 15例。结果　上述 4组EPO水平分别为 ( 9 85± 3 8 5 2 )U/L、( 14 4 2± 6 80 )U/L、( 99 82± 78 70 )U/L、( 5 9 5 0± 3 8 5 2 )U/L。妊娠晚期合并贫血的孕妇及产后早期合并贫血的产妇EPO水平均明显高于非妊娠妇女及正常妊娠晚期孕妇 ,P <0 0 1。 4组血清EPO与Hct呈相反关系。结论　妊娠晚期及产后早期合并贫血时EPO水平明显升高 ,且对贫血有极强的反应。Objective To analyze the concentration of serum erythropoietin (EPO) in the third trimester of pregnancy and early postpartum period, and to explore the relationship between EPO and Hct. Methods Using radioimmunoassay sreum EPO concentrations were measured in 15 healthy nonpregnant women, 27 normal late pregnant women, 32 anemic women with late pregnancy and 15 anemic women with early postpartum period. Results Serum concentrations of EPO were significantly higher in late pregnant women with anemia [(99.82±78.70)U/L]than those in nonpregnant women [(9.85±3.09)U/L],normal late pregnant women[(14.42±6.80)U/L, P <0.01],and early postpartum women with anemia [(59.50±38.52)U/L, P <0.01]. The serum EPO levels were negatively correlated with Hct in the 4 groups. Conclusion Serum concentrations of EPO increase significantly in late pregnant women with anemia and early postpartum wemen with anemia. EPO response to anemia is strong in third trimester and early postpartum period. [WT5”HZ]
