摘　　要：目的与方法　观察用王不留行籽贴压耳穴对异常动脉血压 (高血压与低血压 )及心血管功能的即时影响。结果　高血压即时有效率为 89.6 % ,低血压即时有效率为 88.0 %。耳穴贴压可改善心血管功能。结论　耳穴贴压对血压具有较明显的即时疗效。Purpose and method To observe the immediate effects of auricular vaccaria seed plaster therapy on abnormal arterial pressure (hypertension and hypotension) and on cardiovascular functions. Results The rate of immediate efficacy against hypertension was 89.6% and that against hypotension was 88.0%. Auricular plaster therapy could improve cardiovascular functions. Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy has a marked immediate effect on blood pressure. It regulates abnormal arterial pressure by changing cardiac pump force and consequently other cardiovascular functions.
