温通针法对应激性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的　探讨温通针法对应激性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法　以大鼠为研究对象 ,设正常空白对照组、模型对照组、温通针法组、捻转补法组。以血清胃泌素、血浆前列腺素 E2 (PGE2 )及胃黏膜组织的胃泌素、PGE2 及显微镜下胃黏膜组织形态结构的改变为效应指标。结果　针刺可明显地提高血浆及胃黏膜组织 PGE2 的含量 ,降低血清及胃黏膜组织胃泌素的含量 ;且温通针法优于捻补针法 ,两者相比有显著差异性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　针刺可减轻应激性胃黏膜损伤 ,起到保护作用 。Objective To investigate the protective effect of warming dreding on rats with stress lesion of gastric mucosa. Method This experiment selected rats as subjects and set up Warming dredging needling method group, Twirling reinforcing needling group, Model group and Normal control group. The changes of the contents of gastrin in blood serum, prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2) in plasma, gastrin and PGE 2 in gastric mucosa and the morphosis of the gastric mucosa were employed as the effective indexes. Results Acupuncture could obviously increase the contents of the PGE 2 in plasma and gastric mucosa, and decrease the contents of gastrin in blood serum and gastric mucosa and relieve the lesion of gastric mucosa; moreover warming dredging needling method was better than twirling reinforcing needling method and there was a significant difference between the two groups( P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture could relieve the stress damage of gastric mucosa, exerting a protective effect, and warming dredging needling method was better than twirling reinforcing needling method.
