粘合增进剂AIR-1在斜交轮胎胎体胶中的应用

摘　　要：研究了粘合增进剂AIR 1在 7.5 0 - 16 12PR斜交轮胎胎体胶中的应用。试验结果表明 ,与未加入粘合增进剂AIR 1的胶料相比 ,加入 5份粘合增进剂AIR 1的胶料的MH 增大 0 16N·m ,t90 缩短 0 8min ,硫化胶的 30 0 %定伸应力、邵尔A型硬度和粘合强度均有所提高 ;粘合增进剂AIR 1与胶料的相容性较好 ,混炼均匀 ;可缩短混炼时间 ,减少动力消耗 ,提高劳动生产率 ,降低生产成本 0 2The application of the adhesion promotor AIR 1 to the carcass compound of 7 50-16 12PR bias tire was investigated.The test results showed that M H was increased by 0 16 N·m and t 90 was reduced by 0 8 min when 5 phr of AIR 1 was added to the compound,and the modulus at 300%,Shore A hardness and adhesion strength of its vulcanizate improved;the adhesion promotor AIR 1 was better competible to the compound resulting in homogenuous mix and shorter mixing time.
