摘　　要：用不同的聚酯和聚醚为原料合成双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂 ,找到合成该胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件、工艺配方 ,考察了异氰酸酯及环氧树脂改性剂含量对胶粘剂机械性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,加入扩链剂可明显提高胶粘剂的机械强度 ;加入少量环氧树脂可明显提高胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度 ,但使剥离强度降低了许多。Two components polyurethane adhesives are prepared by different raw materials of polyester and polyether .Optimum technologic conditions and formula of preparing this adhesive have been found. The adhesive is modified by epoxy resin. Effect factors for adhesive properties have been investigated. Meanwhile isocyanate content and modifying agent effecting on adhesive mechanical properties have been also investigated.
