摘　　要：20世纪 90年代尤其是东南亚金融危机以来 ,人民币汇率走势引起了国内外许多学者的关注 ,其研究结果也大相径庭 ,从而导致了在人民币汇率政策的选择上也各执一词。本文着重分析人民币实际汇率走势特征 ,从而说明在人民币名义汇率升值的情况下 。Since 1990s,especially the Southeast Financial Crisis, a lot of scholars have paid attention to the exchange rate of RMB and come to a great diversity of conclusions, which result in different opinions on the policies of the exchange rate of RMB. This thesis focuses on the traits of the divergent moves of nominal exchange rate and actual exchange rate of RBM since the 1990s and dissects the causes of decent growth of the nation's exports and actual trade payment when the nominal exchange rate of RMB remains stable and strong.
