摘　　要：文章对 2 0世纪 90年代以来国外政治学研究的最新成果 ,从政治学理论、各国政治、国际关系三个方面作了评析。认为近年来国外政治学研究不仅在传统的主题方面更加深入 ,而且紧密结合现实政治的发展与变化 。This essay is a review on the achievements of political science abroad since the 90's in three aspects, i.e., political theory, the political situation of various countries, and international relationship. It points out that political science has witnessed a rapid progress abroad in recent years. Not only have studies in traditional fields reached to new depth, but it has pioneered into many new areas that reflect the development and changes in current political reality.
