复方中草药免疫增强剂对鸡免疫器官组织形态学影响的研究

摘　　要：选用 3个中草药配方 ,采用 1%、1.5 %、2 %三个添加水平 ,进行 9组试验 ,通过 4 5日龄鸡群称重、剖解及T、B淋巴细胞检查 ,结果表明 :3个配方的 9个试验组平均体重均高于对照组 ,配方 2体重 4 71g ,比对照组 ( 3 85g)提高 3 1.6% ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;脾脏及法氏囊重 9个试验组均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;试验组鸡免疫器官中的T、B淋巴细胞相对数均比对照组高 (P<0 .0 5 )。组织形态学观察 ,9个试验组免疫器官变化均明显高于对照组。An experiment was conducted by selecting three Chinese herbal formulations,and each formulation is used in three level(1%,1.5% and 2% respectively).Body weight analyze and checking B_lymphocytes and T_lymphocytes of 45_day_old ages were compared in the experiment.The result shown:average body weight (ABW) of chickens of 9 experimental groups is higher than the ABW of control group.ABW of formulation two and control group are 471g and 385g respectively.The difference is obvious(P<0.05).Spleen and Bursal weight of 9 experimental groups is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Tlympholytes and B_lymphocytes relalive mumbers is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The changes of immune organs between 9 experimental groups and control group is obvious by observing tectology,Compound Chinese herbal synergist is able to activate chicken immune organs and speedy growth of chicken immune organs.
