鸡传染性支气管炎(嗜肾型)活疫苗(W93株)的研究

摘　　要：从国内发病鸡群中分离到鸡传染性支气管炎 (嗜肾型 )病毒 (NIBV) ,并培育成弱毒W93株。自 1994年 ,我们对该毒株进行了鉴定和活疫苗的研制 ,结果证明W93株具有特异性强、良好的安全性和免疫原性 ,病毒含量不低于 10 8.0 EID50 / 0 .1ml。通过实验室试验和现场应用证明 。A predominantly nephropathgenic strain of avian infectious bronchitis virus was isolated from infected fowls in Tianjin farm and domesticated an attenuated strain W93.The W93 strains were breeded and identified,then prepared live vaccine.The results showed the strain W93 has good specificity safety and immumogenicity.The EID 50 was above 10 8.0 /0.1ml,The live vaccine has very highly protective ratio and safety proved by the Test of experimatal animals and foulsin farms.
