鸭疫里默氏杆菌的分离、鉴定及防治研究

摘　　要：本研究首次从病原学角度证实了鸭疫里默氏杆菌病在河北省的存在。在１９９９年底，河北省中南部地区部分肉鸭饲养场的幼龄鸭发生了一种传染病，经流行病学调查、临床观察、病理剖检、病原的分离和鉴定确诊为鸭疫里默氏杆菌病。分离菌经凝集试验和琼脂扩散试验鉴定为鸭疫里默氏杆菌血清Ｉ型，易感雏鸭接种试验能够复制出典型的病例。通过药敏试验选择敏感药物，有效地控制了疫情。The research antiologically confirmed the presence of Riemerella anatipestifer in Hebei Province for the first time. Part of young ducks caught an infectious disease at some duck feed lots in the middle and southern part of Hebei at the end of 1999,which was diagnosed as Riemerella a natipestifer infection through epidemiological investigation,clinical observation, pathological analysis and isolation and identification .of Riemerella anatipestifer. The germ was confirmed as Serum I of Riemerella anatipestifer through agglutinate test and agar diffusion test,Typical case could be reproduced in inoculated susceptible ducks. The epidemic situation was effectively controlled by sensitive medicine selected by drug sensitive test.
