低酚棉秸杆及其蘑菇菌糠的营养成分研究

摘　　要：研究了低酚棉的秸杆及其种蘑菇后的菌糠的营养成分。结果表明 ,低酚棉秸杆含水分 6 .2 7% ,粗蛋白 6 .0 1% ,粗脂肪 0 .4 7% ,无氮浸出物 4 .80 % ,粗灰分5.0 7% ,钙 1.81% ,磷 0 .0 8% ,纤维素 4 2 .2 6 % ,半纤维素 2 0 .80 % ,木质素 14 .4 3% ;低酚棉秸杆种蘑菇后的菌糠含水分 6 .33% ,粗蛋白 10 .38% ,粗脂肪 0 .51% ,无氮浸出物12 .56 % ,粗灰分 17.84 % ,钙 3.0 6 % ,磷 0 .35% ,纤维素 2 4 .0 4 % ,半纤维素 17.53% ,木质素 10 .51%。Niutrition Components of glandless cotton's stalk and worthless stuff of mushroom-plantted are studied.The results were that niutrition components of glandless cotton's stalk were: 6 27% water,6.01% crude protein,0.47% crude fat,4.80% nitrogin-free medium,5.07% crude ash,Ca 1.81%,P0.08%,cellulose 42.26%,semicellulose 20.80%,lignin 14.43%,and that niutrition components of worthless stuff( mix of glandless cotton's stalk and wheat bran etc.)after mushroom plantting were water 6.33%,crude protein 10.38%,crude fat 0.51%,nitrogin-free medium 12.56%,crude ash 17.84%,Ca 3.06%,P 0.35%,cellulose 24.04%,semicellulose 17.53%,lignin 10.51%.So they could be able to be used as feed-stuff of ruminate.
