摘　　要：从系统角度详细阐述了一种新型故障自动检测系统的建立 ,简要介绍了自行研制开发的SFH0 0 1故障自动检测器的电路结构和制作工艺。它具有检测信号多种多样、灵敏度高、频带宽、响应速度快 (5 0 ns)、一致性好、可操作性强等特点 ,可广泛地应用于工业。Establishment of a new automatic fault detector system is elaborated systematically in detail. An automatic fault detector has been developed, and architecture of the circuit is described, as well as its fabrication process. The device features a variety of detected signals, high sensitivity, wide band, quick response (50 ns), good uniformity and easy operation. It is widely used in the industry.
