摘  要:本文首先导出自然选择的定量模型,然后对青杨14个种源、樟子松6个种源的600多个个体的酯酶同工酶谱进行分析。同时也分析了国外有关杂志发表的三个有代表性的试验,并与其它方法进行比较,证明该理论除能解决其它方法所不能解决的一些重要问题外,还具有统计分析便利、适用广,便于多学科合作等特点,有广泛的应用潜力。In this paper, a new quantitative model of natural selection pressure was derived. Then, 14 natural populations of Populus cathayana and 6 provenances of Pinus sylvestris var mongolica were sampled, and their α, β- esterase isoenzymes were & analysed. In the meantime, by which some data from three experiment published in silvae, genetica were analysed and compared it with other methods. It shows that this theory can solve some problems which cannot been solved by other methods. Besides these, it has other advantages below: 1. very convenient statistical analysis, 2. wide application, 3. easy cooperation with other subjects, 4. great potentialities to be used in many primary biological studies, especially in population genetics.
