摘　　要：文章通过对股份合作制与股份制、合作制的比较研究 ,提示出股份合作制本身的制度安排缺陷 ,进而得出结论 :股份合作制是一种过渡性的制度安排 ,随着改革的深化 ,它必然向有限责任制过渡。The article makes a comparison among joint-stock cooperation system,joint-stock system and cooperation system,and reveals the sysytematic defects of the joint-stock cooperation system,thus points out that this system is only an interim institutional arrangement,and will certainly transfer to limited responsibility system.
