摘  要:本文较详细地研究了β-CD和Triton X-100-β-CD对Me-双硫腙显色反应的作用,发现β-CD对显色体系有增敏作用,Triton X-100-β-CD对Zn^(2+)(Cd^(2+))-双硫腙显色体系有协同增敏作用。并拟定了分光光度测定水中微量锌的新方法。In this paper, the effect of β CD or TritonX-100-β-CD on Me2+-dith-izone color reactions investigated in detail. It is indicated that the color reactions between Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and dithizone are sensitized by β-CD and Zn2+(Cd2+)-dithizone are synergically sensitized Triton X-100-β-CD. A new method for determination of microamounts of zinc has been established. The apparent molar absorptivity at 538nm is 8.37×1041.mole-1.cm-1 at pH11.0. Beer's law is kept with 0-18ug of zinc in 25ml solution. Results obtained by applying the proposed method to water samples agree well with those obtained by atomic-absorption spectrophotometry.
